This may be your first time seeking out a therapist, or you may have previously been in therapy.  Either way, finding a therapist who is “right” for you is not always easy.  Therapy can be time consuming and costly, so it’s important to find a clinician you feel emotionally safe with, understood by, and comfortable opening up to.  Therapy can be short or long in duration. The number of sessions you may need will depend on the type of issue(s) you are facing, and your motivation to make changes. Often this may include stepping out of your comfort zone and keeping an open mind to different perspectives.  Every therapist has a different approach and it is important you find someone that will meet your individual needs. If I am not the clinician for you I would be more than happy to give you local referrals to someone who may.  My approach to therapy is compassionate, realistic, and aimed toward change that will hopefully last in the long term. A few of the issues I can assist you with include, but are not limited to:

  • DEPRESSION
  • ANXIETY DISORDERS
  • BI-POLAR DISORDER
  • RELATIONSHIP ISSUES
  • DIVORCE
  • CO-PARENTING THERAPY
  • SUPERVISED THERAPEUTIC VISITATION
  • CHILD & ADOLESCENT EMOTIONAL/BEHAVIORAL ISSUES
